Company ProfileWith over 100 years of combined experience our building contractors are ready to meet your every need. General contractors licensed in the states of Arizona, California, and Nevada. We have been in business serving satisfied clients since 1992. Our construction experience began in the late 1970s under the tutelage of an expert military housing developer* who received the Golden Shovel award from the federal government for bringing in projects on time and within budget. We expanded our experience with 10 years of custom home remodeling before earning our general contractor's license in 1992. Our projects have ranged from developing stores for a national retail chain, through construction of new homes, to customized remodeling and expansion projects. Our commercial clients often become our residential clients, attesting to our devotion to friendship and honesty in our business relations. Our work in the state of New York (past member of Carpenters' Union, Local 608) and Nevada (current member of Local 1977 of the Carpenters and Jointers Union) demonstrate our experience in working relationships with labor unions as well as local trades and building departments. We are able to travel to just about anywhere our clients desire in order to build, organize, schedule and construct whatever your project requires. Our ultimate goal is to leave our clients not just a completed building project but new friendships and resources to aid in their projects' financial future.
